Problem

The Seeker Project was more than a campaign — it was a journey inward. Fairmont Hotels & Resorts launched this immersive initiative to transform guest stays into intentional experiences centered around mindfulness, personal growth, and exploration. The goal was to go beyond luxury service and create meaningful, brand-deep interactions within each hotel environment.

Fairmont partnered with Exposyour to conceptualize, build, and install a multi-sensory brand activation that allowed guests to fully submerge into the Seeker experience — physically, emotionally, and aesthetically.

SOLUTION

Branding and marketing experts at Exposyour developed full branding activation and concept strategy that included:

1. Branded Signage

We produced high-impact signage that guided guests through the Seeker journey:

  • Indoor and outdoor directional signage

  • Branded discovery stations and meditation zones

  • QR code-enabled wayfinding signage linking to digital seeker content

Each sign was constructed using premium materials that reflected the elegance of the Fairmont brand, while also being durable for long-term use.

2. Curated Swag Experience

We developed and sourced a unique line of custom-branded swag designed to spark curiosity and emotional connection:

  • Custom Fairmont-branded keepsakes

  • Eco-conscious tote bags and refillable water bottles

All items were sustainably produced and packaged to align with Fairmont’s environmental goals.

3. Installation

Exposyour managed the installation logistics across multiple hotel properties, coordinating with on-site teams to ensure flawless execution:

  • Pre-install walkthroughs and spatial mapping

  • Professional installation crews in each region

  • Uniform brand presentation from property to property


RESULT
  • Consistency Across Locations: From New York to San Francisco, every hotel delivered the same premium Seeker experience, customized to local guest expectations while maintaining brand cohesion.

  • Increased Engagement: Guests interacted with signage and swag at a higher-than-expected rate, with QR-linked content seeing a 43% engagement rate within the first 60 days.

  • Positive Brand Perception: Post-activation surveys indicated that guests viewed the Seeker Project as a thoughtful and enriching extension of the Fairmont brand.
